Woo! My first "Fishy Friday"! It turned out AWESOMELY - I put it in a glass dish and baked it, covered in foil for about 20 minutes. YUM-O!
For the Chocolate Cheesecake Pudding pie, I took a Keebler Reduced Fat Ready Crust, and filled it with one pack of Jello sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding and topped that with 1 pack of Jello sugar free fat free chocolate fudge pudding. It had a tiny bit of that aspertain-y taste, but not too bad with the crust. Now, if I was forced to choose between that and Jello's 100 Calorie Tapioca pudding cup - the tapioca would win hands down. I can hardly tell that's only 100 cals and fat free :)

The fish sounds awesome! I'll have to try that sometime. And great job on a good Friday!

Good job. Not taking into consideration the reduced fat, fat free, sugar free-ness of that pie you made, it sounds AWESOME! I ♥ cheesecake, but who doesn't, right?
The fish sounds amazing as well, but I could never cook fish. Not yet at least :)
