Tonight we tried to de-flea the apartment. While James sprayed the living room, I sprayed Pepper in the Computer room, then we sprayed Clio and then James sprayed the Comp room. Yeesh. You'd think Clio would've been the harder dog to spray. I crawled all around the room after Pepper!

Why I usually don't weigh every single day....

I wake up this morning and first thing I hear is "Somehow between 4am and 6am this morning, I lost a pound and a half!" from my darling husband. My response? "Bite me!"

After he left for work, I thought "What the hell - I'll weigh again." 299.5 - 3.5 lbs lighter than yesterday. I'm not complaining. I'm under 300. Gotta love water weight ;)

Arg

I was finally brave enough to weigh in this morning and I wasn't too pleased with the results. 300. Bah. Atleast it was only 4 lbs and I'm not above and beyond my scary starting point.

So, I think I'm going to have to wean myself down to one day of "regular eating". James and I did that the first time we went on weight watchers and it worked out pretty well - Sunday was the day, when we went out to lunch with his sister and her fam (Man, I miss them!) So, no more pizza night (unless it's HEALTHY) *sniffle* It's a sacrifice, but I gotta do it.

Oooh - I should turn it into Salmon night (it's what my Mom does sometimes). I make this YUMMY Salmon. You marinate it in Olive Oil and Soy Sauce (Low Sodium of course) and throw in some herbs (Mom uses Herbs de Provance, but I throw in some Sage, Thyme, and a couple other things that I can't remember ;)

Hmm - I wonder how you calculate the calories with a marinade? (Stupid ww - I keep wanting to say "points")
