Maybe I'll just eat a couple of my 100 cal pudding's and be way low on everything.
I went to the grocery store and stocked up on some healthy eats - chicken livers and onions (Yum!), Salmon Burgers, Brown Rice, Turkey sausage for breakfast, eggs, and skim milk. I wanted some zuchinni, but theirs didn't look all that great. I also wanted some lean pork chops, but I couldn't find the freakin' shake n' bake! What kind of (American) grocery store doesn't have S n' B?
At lunch, I ran out to Avenue in hopes of finding some size 24 Tall jeans - I was in luck! They had a bunch on sale for $19.99, so I splurged and bought 2 pairs - a dark blue pair and a black pair. They're REALLY long *drool*

Good luck on your diet! Seems like you are doing good!
Salmon Burgers sound yum.
I don't think I ever used shake and bake but I had a few times as a kid or maybe just saw the ads LOL
I was always asking for it.
Pumpkin Pie flavoured coffee creamer? Goodness! What does that taste like? Pumpkin Pie, Coffe and Cream, by any chance?
I recall making a yummo Salmon Burger recipe as poached from Denise Austin's Shrink Your Female Fat Zones book; I should make it again sometimes. I also substituted it with other fish and it was equally delicious (just changed some of the herbs around a bit to suit).
You're doing really well honey! :-D
Tall jeans, how I love thee. I need new jeans so badly, I wear mine until they die sad deaths. I'm so glad you found some! That's awesome! And on sale too!
