Thursday Meals

I thought I almost overdid it tonight, since James tempted me with some McCain's Mash Bites, but I'm JUST under! WOO!

breakfast:
  • Regular Coffee, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
  • Coffee-Mate Vanilla Caramel Liquid Creamer, 4 tbsp
  • Honey Nut Cheerios Cereal, 2 cup (1 serving)
  • Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
lunch:
  • Boar's Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Ham, 2 oz
  • Kraft 2% Deli-Deluxe Swiss Cheese Slices, 1.5 serving
  • Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
  • La Brea Rosemary Olive Oil Round, 4 oz
  • Fresh Express Asian Supreme Salad, 2.5 cup
  • Snapple Green Apple White Tea, 16 oz
dinner:
  • Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns, 1 oz
  • Sea Choice Herb Crusted Salmon Burger, 1 serving <- Yum!
  • Colby Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz)
  • Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 0.25 tbsp
  • McCain Mash Bites, 3 oz
snack:
  • YoCrunch Strawberry Yogurt with Granola, 1 serving
