Time to Readjust

Ok, so I stepped on the scale this morning. Somehow, I creeped back to 300 lbs. I think it's time to readjust my targets. I know my weight fluctuates daily, but still...

I changed my diet goals on SparkPeople to include 10 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. I figure it's time to start exercising.

My new nutritional targets:
calories: 1640 - 1990
carbs: 184 - 323
fat: 36 - 77
protein: 41 - 174

Just slight changes, but hopefully it'll make a difference.

Exercise is a very good tool in losing weight. Find something you like and stick to it. Set realistic goals and try to meet them. What works for me is to balace what goes in Calorie wise with how many Calories I burn. Fortunately I like burning the Calories off as much as consuming them. Good luck.

Slight changes are the best way to make a long lasting difference. You'll be back in the 2's right quick!
