Tuesday Meals

breakfast:

  • French Toast made with Cinnamon Raisin Bread, one large egg, and one egg white
  • 2 Shadybrook Farms Turkey Sausage Links
  • 1/2 cup syrup
lunch:
  • 1 Amy's Kitchen, Spinach Feta in a Pocket Sandwich
  • Greek Salad with cherry tomatoes, 2 tbsp feta cheese, and 1 tbsp Greek Vinaigrette
dinner:
  • Salmon Burger on a hamburger roll with 1 tsp mayo
  • 1 serving McCain's All American Roasted Potatoes
snacks:
  • Coffee with Vanilla Caramel Coffee Creamer
  • 1/2 a Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie (First "Vegan" thing I've ever eaten!)
