Walk Away the Pounds

Woo - James and I just did the 1-mile Walk Away the Pounds. I lasted until a little after half a mile, then my asthma started acting up *grrr* I did get up and do the cool down and the streching tho. I got my 10 minutes of cardio in. Woo Hoo!

Good on you for getting that cardio in! I have one of the Walk Away The Pounds Express DVDs, and Denise Austin's Indoor walk DVD, and both of them are fantastic ways to fit in cardio.

Getting yourself up to the mile will be a great target for you :-D And good on you for getting back up and cooling down and stretching! Awesome!
