Case of the Mondays

breakfast:
  • French Toast made with Cinnamon Raisin Bread, one large egg, and one egg white
  • 3 Slices Turkey Bacon
  • 1/2 cup syrup

lunch:
  • ham, swiss, and grey poupon on pumpernickel
  • 1/2 romaine lettuce with 2 tbsp feta cheese and 2 tbsp greek vinaigrette

dinner:
  • 1 pork loin chop with 1 serving pork shake n bake
  • 1 single serving Mott's Cinnamon Applesauce cup
  • 1/2 cup steamed green beans

snack:
  • Coffee with Vanilla Chai Coffee Creamer (My sister says Chai tastes like ASS, but this stuff is GREAT in coffee)

calories: 1,640
carbs: 202
fat: 59
protein: 74

Since I'm RIGHT at my bottom number in calories, I'll probably have a 100 cal pudding cup in a bit :)
