Coffee with Vanilla Chai Coffee Creamer
1 Mcdonald's Fruit & Walnut Salad (snack size)

And this is why I try to stay to the lower end of my calorie range. That way, I can mess up a TINY bit and still be alright for the day :)
Btw - it took MAJOR will power to eat my F&W salad while my darling husband snarfed down right-out-of-the-fryer french fries!!!

Good job. The smell alone of the fries would have done me in.
Watching Supersize Me and reading Fast Food Nation put me off fast food for good. Which comes in handy when I'm working on weight loss!
