Note: I'm finding that I'm being a little more conservative for breakfast and lunch, so I can have a more filling dinner.
I have to admit - I'm a little nervous about weighing in again. The thought of hitting the big 300 again raises my blood pressure a couple degrees, heh. I'll weigh in the morning.

The french toast flat outs sound good.
Good luck on being OP
That's exactly what I do - I eat less during the day, knowing that I can eat a more filling dinner (and maybe even have dessert if I'm really good). I wrote a post before about how I treat my calories like money I get to spend each day and I spend wisely early on so that if something comes along that I really want to buy, er, eat, I can.
After I read your comment about the multi-vitamin, I went across the street from work and bought some. I couldn't believe I hadn't thought about that! Thanks :)
I admit to sometimes being happy for skipping breakfast since it means I can eat a bigger dinner - though this isn't good! I *should* be eating a decent breakfast full of fibre.
And I'm feeling the ame thing as iPortion, the French toast flat outs sound GEWD!
Good luck with the weigh in! I know what you mean with fearing that you'll be above that goal you achieved. I got down to 78kg and rewarded myself, and every time I've weight myself thereafter I'm scared that I'll be heavier than that milestone so the reward I got myself was undeserved.
All the same, good luck!
Man French toast sounds good.
Be carefull about the smaller breakfest. If you make it too small you will get awfull cravings mid-day. Best way to do it if you want a big dinner, do a big breakfest, than smaller meals during the day, than big dinner. (Followed by a walk to walk it off) That was you won't get as many cravings. :) (In theory anyway :P )
Thanks for the concern about breakfast - I'm definitely careful, since my blood sugar tends to drop.
I find that the turkey sausage and eggs give me enough protein to keep me going until lunch - ALOT better than if I eat cereal for breakfast.
