Tuesday Meals

Breakfast
  • 2 Mini French Toast Flatout Wraps
  • Scrambled eggs with 2 medium eggs and 1 egg white (next time, I think I'll try 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg)
  • 2 Turkey Sausage Links
  • 1 Cheese Danish (I know - BAD BAD, but it wasn't completely detrimental to my day)
Lunch
  • Boar's Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Ham, 2 oz
  • Kraft 2% Deli-Deluxe Swiss Cheese Slices, 1.5 serving
  • Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
  • La Brea Rosemary Olive Oil Round, 4 oz
  • Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices
  • Wishbone Salad Spritzers Balsamic Breeze Vinaigrette, 1 serving
Dinner
  • Tyson Chicken LIvers, 9 serving (Mmmmmm, Liver and Onions)
Snack
  • Potato Chips, Pringles BBQ, 1 oz
