Wednesday Meals

breakfast:
  • 2 Mini French Toast Flatout Wraps

  • Scrambled eggs with 1 large egg and 1 egg white

  • 2 Jimmy Dean Fresh Taste. Fast! Turkey Sausage Patties

lunch:
  • 1 Mini Whole Wheat Flatout Wrap with 3 oz Honey BBQ Chicken Breast, 1.5 slices of swiss cheese, and 1 tsp Grey Poupon mustard

  • 2 1/2 cups Fresh Express Asian Supreme Salad (Romaine lettuce with dried cherries, wonton noodles, and Orange Sesame dressing - YUM!)

Not sure what I'm going to have for dinner yet. I still have 808 calories left to reach the bottom of my calorie limit.

dinner:
  • 2 cups Macaroni & Cheese (hey, I had the room :p ) with 3 slices of turkey bacon
snacks:
  • Coffee with Vanilla Caramel Coffee Creamer

Wow, you had an awesome day, and topped it off with being able to fit in a macaroni and cheese dinner, woohoo!
