1 cup Life Cereal with 1 cup Vanilla Soy Milk
2 slices Cinnamon Raisin Bread w/ 1 tbsp Country Crock w/ Calcium
lunch (this is where it gets a little iffy):
1 cup grilled asparagus and red and yellow peppers tossed in olive oil
1 half Sweet Potato & Spinach Quesadilla (I guestimated the info for this one)
dinner:
1 serving Barilla Plus Thin Spaghetti w/ 3/4 cup Prego Tomato, Basil, & Garlic Sauce, and 4 turkey meatballs.
1 can Vanilla Coke (I'm broke and out of water until tomorrow)
snacks:
Coffee with Vanilla Chai Coffee Creamer
Caramel Cream Jello 100-Calorie Pudding Cup

My stomach has NOT been happy this afternoon. In all, I probably spent atleast 2 hours in the bathroom. Ugh. I think it might have been the Quesadilla. My stomach can be sensative sometimes. Yuck. I wonder how many calories I retained from lunch?
