ham, swiss, and grey poupon on a Mediterranean Flaout Wrap (broiled until the cheese was all melty - it almost tasted like ham pizza!)
1 Dole tropical fruit cup
dinner:
1.5 cups Macaroni & Cheese with 3 Turkey meatballs
snacks:
Coffee with Vanilla Chai Coffee Creamer
Quaker "Quakes" Rice Snacks - Caramel (7 mini cakes)
1 mini York Peppermint Patty
1 slice some kind of yummy Jewish sponge cake that my co-worker brought in

I just realized something this (Friday) morning... I've been moderately depressed for the past week or so... and I haven't turned to food for comfort!! Usually, when I feel this way, I rush to the most comforting food I can find. I haven't even been overinduldging in healthy foods. This is weird. Maybe my mind's finally making some changes?
In other news - I've nearly recovered from my vacation! I'm back down to 297.1. Woo!
